• Receive proportional returns on their investment.
• Monitor the progress of projects in which they participate.

Eligibility

To use our investment services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be a resident of Chile or have legal capacity to invest in Chile.
• Provide truthful and up-to-date information.
• Comply with identity verification (KYC) requirements.

User Obligations

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Not use the Platform for illegal activities.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Santiago, Chile.
